Abeng365 Contributor Terms & Contractor Framework
Abeng365 Contributor Network Agreement
Effective Date: [INSERT DATE]
Welcome to the Abeng365 Contributor Network.
This Agreement governs participation in the Abeng365 publishing and creator network by writers, editors, podcasters, researchers, photographers, translators, producers, and other contributors (collectively referred to as “Contributors”).
By submitting content, creating a contributor account, participating in the contributor finance system, or accepting compensation through Abeng365, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Nature of Relationship
Contributors participate in Abeng365 as independent contractors, freelancers, or voluntary contributors unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Nothing in this Agreement creates:
- an employment relationship;
- a partnership;
- a joint venture;
- an agency relationship; or
- guaranteed future work or compensation.
Contributors retain control over their own schedules, tools, methods, and working arrangements.
Abeng365 may accept, reject, edit, delay, remove, or decline publication of submitted work at its sole editorial discretion.
2. Editorial Independence
Abeng365 is committed to editorial independence and public-interest journalism.
Sponsors, advertisers, donors, and financial supporters do not control:
- editorial conclusions;
- reporting decisions;
- contributor opinions;
- publication timing;
- newsroom priorities; or
- investigative direction.
Contributors must disclose material conflicts of interest that may affect their work.
Abeng365 reserves the right to require corrections, clarifications, disclosures, or editorial revisions.
3. Submission and Acceptance of Work
Submission of content does not guarantee publication.
Content may be:
- accepted;
- edited;
- returned for revision;
- delayed;
- archived; or
- rejected.
Compensation eligibility generally applies only to:
- accepted work;
- approved assignments;
- approved collaborative contributions; or
- revenue-sharing programs specifically authorized by Abeng365.
Abeng365 may establish editorial standards, workflow requirements, deadlines, and formatting guidelines.
4. Ownership and Licensing
Contributors retain ownership of original work unless otherwise agreed in writing.
By submitting work to Abeng365, Contributors grant Abeng365 a non-exclusive, worldwide license to:
- publish;
- edit;
- distribute;
- archive;
- syndicate;
- promote; and
- display
submitted content across digital, audio, video, social, promotional, and archival platforms associated with Abeng365.
Unless otherwise agreed:
- Contributors may republish their work elsewhere after publication;
- Republishing should acknowledge original publication by Abeng365 where practical;
- Abeng365 may retain archived copies indefinitely.
Contributors represent that submitted work:
- is original or properly licensed;
- does not knowingly infringe third-party rights;
- is not plagiarized; and
- complies with applicable law.
5. Compensation Framework
Abeng365 may compensate Contributors through one or more of the following methods:
- assignment payments;
- contributor pools;
- sponsorship revenue allocations;
- grants or project stipends;
- editorial retainers;
- event revenue sharing;
- community support distributions; or
- other approved payment programs.
Compensation is not guaranteed unless explicitly agreed.
Abeng365 may modify compensation models as the platform evolves.
6. Sponsorship Separation
Participation in sponsored categories, podcasts, or sections does not create a direct relationship between Contributors and sponsors.
Sponsors do not acquire:
- editorial approval rights;
- publication control;
- contributor supervision authority; or
- influence over journalistic conclusions.
Contributors must not promise favorable coverage in exchange for compensation, sponsorship, gifts, or benefits.
7. Earnings and Revenue Sharing
Abeng365 may operate contributor earning pools and payout systems.
Contributor earnings may be influenced by:
- approved assignments;
- editorial quality;
- contribution weight;
- collaboration;
- engagement review;
- sponsorship allocation;
- available platform revenue; and
- other editorial criteria.
Abeng365 intentionally avoids compensation models based solely on raw traffic metrics.
Traffic, listens, views, referrals, or social activity may inform review processes but do not automatically determine payout amounts.
Abeng365 reserves the right to:
- review metrics;
- audit suspicious activity;
- adjust calculations;
- exclude manipulated engagement;
- withhold payments pending investigation; or
- suspend payout eligibility.
8. Fraud, Manipulation, and Artificial Traffic
Contributors may not artificially inflate:
- page views;
- listens;
- downloads;
- referral traffic;
- ad interactions;
- sponsorship metrics;
- registrations; or
- engagement statistics.
Prohibited conduct includes:
- bots;
- click farms;
- coordinated artificial traffic campaigns;
- misleading engagement schemes;
- automated refresh systems;
- fake accounts; or
- manipulation intended to distort compensation calculations.
Violations may result in:
- payment withholding;
- earning reversal;
- payout suspension;
- contributor removal;
- account termination; or
- legal action where applicable.
9. Contributor Finance Profiles and Payouts
Contributors seeking compensation may be required to provide:
- PayPal information;
- Stripe account information;
- tax-related details;
- legal payment identity information; and/or
- payout preferences.
Payouts may be subject to:
- minimum payout thresholds;
- account verification;
- editorial approval;
- fraud review;
- sponsor payment clearance;
- regional payment limitations; and
- administrative processing periods.
Abeng365 may delay or deny payouts where:
- information is incomplete;
- fraud concerns exist;
- sponsor payments are reversed;
- disputes are unresolved; or
- platform policies have been violated.
10. Taxes and Legal Obligations
Contributors are responsible for:
- their own taxes;
- reporting obligations;
- business registration requirements;
- banking fees;
- currency conversion costs; and
- local legal compliance.
Abeng365 does not provide tax, accounting, or legal advice.
Contributors are responsible for ensuring they may legally receive compensation in their jurisdiction.
11. Community Standards and Conduct
Contributors are expected to engage professionally and respectfully.
Prohibited conduct includes:
- harassment;
- hate speech;
- threats;
- discriminatory abuse;
- malicious misinformation;
- impersonation;
- doxxing;
- copyright infringement; or
- unlawful activity.
Abeng365 reserves the right to suspend or remove Contributors whose conduct undermines the integrity, safety, or reputation of the platform.
12. Suspension or Termination
Abeng365 may suspend, restrict, or terminate contributor access at its discretion, including for:
- policy violations;
- fraud concerns;
- abusive conduct;
- repeated editorial misconduct;
- security risks; or
- inactivity.
Termination does not necessarily remove previously published content.
Outstanding approved payments may still be processed subject to review.
13. Limitation of Liability
Abeng365 provides contributor systems, dashboards, and payout tools on an “as available” basis.
Abeng365 is not liable for:
- platform interruptions;
- payment processor failures;
- third-party service outages;
- loss of revenue;
- indirect damages; or
- unauthorized access caused by Contributor negligence.
14. Amendments
Abeng365 may update these Terms periodically.
Material changes may be communicated through:
- contributor dashboards;
- email notifications;
- platform notices; or
- updated publication dates.
Continued participation after updates constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Agreement shall be governed by applicable laws in the jurisdiction selected by Abeng365.
Any disputes shall first be addressed through good-faith discussion before formal proceedings are pursued.
